2023 Winners
Prof. Abdel Hammoud Abdel Naim Madkour, Department of Islamic Philosophy, College of Science – Cairo University. He is the Secretary General of the Arabic Language Academy in Cairo and one of the most important scholars in the Arab world. He has many publications, books and awards. He supervised a large number of master’s and doctoral students, administrative Committee for Foreign Affairs, the state of the state is unable to live in the country until 2018 until 2018 and continues.
Prof. Alaa Eldin Ayoub, Aswan University in Egypt and Arabian Gulf University in Bahrain. He is a recipient of multiple scientific awards and prizes, including the Applied Research Global Award of Gifted Education, the Khalifa Award of Education, the Hamdan – Alecso Award for Distinguished Educational Research, and the first prize for distinguished professor in scientific research from Saudi Arabia Universities. He has worked as a director and a team leader of international projects.
Dr. Emhamad Elmansori is the Dean of the Faculty of Economics at Omer Al-Mukhtar University in Libya. He is also the Editor-in-Chief of the Al-Mukhtar Journal of Economic Science in Libya. His research interests include SMEs, Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and Business Incubators. He has received several awards, including the Best Researcher title at the Global Business Economics and Finance Research Conference in London in July 2012.
Dr. Faten Ali Akbar has an extensive background in academia. She has also served as a scientific advisor for journals in various countries, including Libya, Algeria, Egypt, Jordan, Malaysia, and India. In recognition of her contributions, Dr. Faten Ali Akbar has received several prestigious awards, including the fourth place award for distinguished research at the International Scientific Conference on Sports Psychology in Saudi Arabia in 2021.

Prof. Basma Al-Saleem, is an Associate Professor at Manara University, USA. Founder of eTurn in Jordan. She has many research papers published in international journals in digital education, future foresight, artificial intelligence in education
Prof. Mohamed Buheji established a new world concept called ‘Inspiration Economy’ in 2015 supported with both comprehensive project and academic programs that bring creative socioeconomic focused solutions to complex world problems in relevant to UN-SDG’s.
Prof. Wafi Majed is a professor at the Global University of Beirut. He is a member of the Arabic Language Academy of Damascus and other research academies throughout the Middle East. He was honored among the 100 winners of the Arabic Language service excellence for two consecutive years, and acquired the Jakarta district honors for academic distinction.
Prof. Khaled Abdel-Fatah is a professor of library and information technology. Currently, He is the Senior Advisor of Knowledge and Digital Solutions at Mohamed Bin Rashid Knowledge Foundation, UAE. He has initiated the Egyptian Universities Library Consortium.
